Hotel service is not upto the mark. Room was allotted after long struggle of 1 hour despite having advance booking and advance payment. The staff is not well trained and lack professional behaviour. The food prices were extravagant. For non exotic vegetarian food of 11 people, 11000 rupees were charged. The arrangements for driver was good. Ample parking space was available. Rooms are clean and neat. Food was excellent. Service was awesome. Special care was taken for comfortable stay of drivers and ample parking was available. Rating for hotel is 5.

The room and bathroom were clean. The bed mattress was very uncomfortable, too soft to sleep on. It needed a little hard to avoid the back ache. Room service was to the point. but food taste can be improved.
